Callington Horse Show - it is not uncommon to see riders taking a tumble when photographing horse events, however on this occasion the casualty fell out of a horse box! After attention first by the on-site St Johns ambulance team, then by Westcountry Ambulance Service paramedics, she was eventually airlifted to hospital for treatment.
